Nokia to release X6 this Friday

THIS FRIDAY Nokia will release its latest handset, the X6, in the UK.
nokia-x6The firm said that on release the handset, which boasts the firm's Comes with Music service, will be sold exclusively through Phones4U, and will also be available at Orange with mobile tariffs ranging from £25 per month - if you trade in an old N-series handset - to £35 per month. If you really can't wait for your current mobile contract to run out, you alternatively will be able to pay £449 for a SIM free version.
Pitched at the sort of people that ruin train journeys, the X6 has the ability to play up to 35 hours of music, and can take on up to 32GB of memory, enough to hold too many Celion Dion or Coldplay tunes for anyone.
Fittingly for a modern must-have gadget, it has a touchscreen interface which measures 3.2-inch with a 16:9 widescreen display, a five megapixel camera and Carl Zeiss lens.
In line with other mobile handsets the X6 also provides access to Nokia's Ovi applications store and the Nokia Music store. Nokia said that it has six million music tracks available to users, explaining that they can be copied from a handset to a PC and vice versa.
Punters will be given a free Rihanna track along with the handset, but we assume that actually listening to it is not required under the terms of the user agreement.
