Nokia N97 Mini Oakley edition debuts at the Olympics

We somehow missed that when watching the Olympics coverage but apparently Nokia used the event to release a limited version of their handsets. The Finnish company collaborated with Oakley to produce 200 limited edition Nokia N97 mini handsets, which were then given to Oakley-sponsored athletes.
These phones exclusively have the Oakley Thunderbird (a logo created specially for the Olympics) laser-etched on their backs. That aside, the Nokia N97 mini Oakley edition only differs from the original Nokia N97 mini by the preloaded content.

NFS Undercover, Monopoly and The Sims free on the Palm Pre

Palm Pre users in Europe in for a treat - they are getting three popular games for free. Need for Speed Undercover, Monopoly and The Sims 3. It's a limited time offer so you'd better hurry and get them before the deadline.
This is good news for people who have spare time to kill. Between a racing game, a board game and a sim game, everyone should be able to find one they enjoy. Bosses be on the lookout, if your employees are paying too much attention to their Palm Pres, they're probably being chased by virtual cops or building hotels.
Three free games for the Palm Pre

The offer is available for Palm Pre owners on the O2 network - by the looks of it, it's available in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy and Spain. It seems that the US isn't getting this promotion. The offer is available to both new and existing users.
To get the games, just download them from the App Catalog. There should be a "Download for free" link in the details page for each of the three games. The deadline is March 31 when the promotion ends.
